Refund policy

Free trial

The 3-day trial costs $0. Cancel before it ends and you are never charged. The exact time the trial ends is shown before you start, on your confirmation and on your account page.

Monthly plan

The monthly plan ($29.99/month) can be cancelled at any time and you keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for. We do not normally refund a partial month. If you were charged by mistake - for example you cancelled before the charge and were billed anyway - contact us and we will refund it.

Annual plan

The annual plan ($299/year) renews once a year. If you ask within 14 days of an annual charge (the first one or a renewal), we will refund it in full. After that you can cancel and keep Pro until the end of the year you paid for. [Drafting note: confirm window with counsel and against local consumer law.]

What a refund does

• A refund ends Pro for the period it covers; your account becomes Rift Free.
• Nothing is deleted: your account, positions, preferences and referral record stay.
• Promo discounts and service credits are not cash and are not refunded as cash.
• A referral whose payment is refunded or disputed does not count toward referral rewards.

Disputes

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank - we can usually fix it faster. A chargeback ends Pro access for the disputed period.

Where the law gives you more

Some places give consumers a right to cancel and be refunded that goes further than this policy. Where it does, the law applies.
