Questions
How does the free trial work?
Pro is free for 7 days. Your card is taken at checkout by our payment provider, and you're charged $29.99 a month (or $299 a year, if you chose annual) when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you won't be charged. The exact date is shown before you start and on your account page.
Who gets the free trial?
First-time Pro subscribers, once per person. A trial that reuses an account, email or card that has already had one is ended before it can charge.
What is the founding member price?
It's Rift Pro's price during launch: $29.99 a month. If you subscribe while it's offered, you keep it for as long as your subscription stays active, even after the price for new members goes up.
Monthly or annual?
Annual is $299 a year, which works out to $24.92 a month and saves $60.88 (16.9%) against twelve months at $29.99. Monthly lets you stop after any month.
How do I cancel?
From your account, in one step, or through the billing portal. Pro stays on to the end of the trial or the period you paid for, then your account moves to Rift Free. Nothing you've tracked is deleted.
What happens if a payment fails?
If a renewal fails, Pro stays on for a short, stated grace period while the payment is retried, and your account page shows the date. A first payment after a trial that fails ends Pro rather than extending the trial.
What stays free?
Your personalized slate, the schedule, Rift's probability beside the market's, the top 3 ranked opportunities each day, a preview of the reasoning, a journal of up to 10 open positions and Rifty for product help. Free has no time limit.
Does Pro make me money?
No product can promise that, and Rift doesn't. Most markets are labelled Experimental because they haven't yet beaten closing prices out of sample. Pro shows you more of the analysis and the evidence; it does not guarantee a result.
Is Rift a sportsbook?
No. Rift doesn't take bets, hold money or connect to a sportsbook. It's analysis you read before deciding for yourself.
Will Pro include alerts, more sportsbooks or player props?
They aren't built yet, so they aren't part of Pro today and aren't what you'd be paying for. If they arrive, we'll say what's included before anything changes.
